PROJECT SCOPE
Nike approached us to create a memorable experience for the Miami Open that highlights the city's culture and leaves a lasting impression on new and existing customers, ultimately driving revenue. We completely overhauled the main floor of the store to feature bespoke racks for each player and trees made out of tennis racquets. To emphasize the Miami aesthetic, everything was painted in a ombre color palette. To suggest a museum-worthy attention for the Federer moment, we position 12 of Federer's favorite sneakers in acrylic pedestals on both sides of the main wall. The entire wall was covered in the NIKE Zoom Vapor X AM95 “Greedy,” with a central point where the shoe's progress could be viewed. All merchandise was sold out in one week (with an original estimate of 6 weeks). Nike shoes were sold out in under three minutes.
