The world's first stand-alone Hermès Perfumerie. The world's first stand-alone Hermès Perfumerie will open in Brookfield Place. This new store concept represents a pivotal point in the Hermès Parfums métier's evolution and elevation.
PROJECT SCOPE
Hermès came to us to work with them on their Perfumerie. The activation had to appeal to the senses, inviting visitors to appreciate the rich culture and artistry of the industry. It needed to serve as a unique venue for Hermès devotees and newcomers alike. This program needed to generate PR and press amplification, social media engagement, additional on site activations and digital enhancements, Local VIP and influencer programs and content creation and placement. As a result of our efforts, the Hermès Perfumerie became a must-see attraction that emphasized Hermès Parfums' product range's breadth and diversity. We highlighted the uniqueness of the location, being that it was the world's only independent Hermès Perfumerie. The most successful element was the creation of the world's first augmented reality app that encouraged social contact and a sense of 'ceremony' around the Hermès retail service experience. The store was one of Hermes' most successful launches that year, with sales exceeding expectations. Hermes licensed the brand and app to be used all over the world.
